Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, room temperature
¾ c. White Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Baking Powder
3 Tbsp. Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 ¾ – 3 c. Whole Wheat Flour (depending on how humid the day is)
1 c. Chocolate Chips

Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add gradually to butter mixture. Depending on the weather, you may need to alter how much flour you use (a little more if the day is humid, a little less if it's dry). Fold in chocolate chips. This recipe is great with multiple kinds of chips and/or nuts. The cookie is great on it's own though, so don't over power it by going crazy on the mix-in's. Drop by Tbsp onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 11 minutes. Yields about 6 dozen.
